Authentication Solutions for Brand Protection

For the protection of branded products including pharmaceuticals, spirits, agrochemicals and lubricants, combining overt, covert and forensic packaging authentication technologies, consumers can authenticate products at the point of purchase, while enabling customer or government inspectors to unequivocally determine a product’s pedigree in the field.

To preserve the value of the finished products, initial preliminary tests are non-destructive. Field inspectors can authenticate products at their point of sale using proprietary readers which provide the required evidence to impound stock if required. If stronger evidence is required for enforcement, a forensic marker can be added to the set of features and tested for in a laboratory setting. Each brand protection on-package solution is a custom-tailored set of features to be fail-safe, avoiding false accusations.
