Authentix’ compensation philosophy is to routinely evaluate market pay levels to ensure that the company remains at an industry leading level. Compensation and benefits for international-based employees may vary.

Retirement Plans
Employees are eligible to participate in the Authentix 401(k) program first of month following hire date. Authentix offers both pre- and post-tax 401(k) deferral type programs. The Company provides an attractive matching contribution up to 8% of eligible compensation.

Financial advice and education are also provided.


  • Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage [USA]


    Authentix’ medical plans help you maintain your well-being through preventative care, access to an extensive network of providers, Teladoc access, and an affordable prescription medication program. You can choose the plan that best matches your needs.

    Option 1 – Buy-Up Medical Plan

    • In-network deductible $1,500 for individual; $3,000 for family.
    • $25 co-pay for primary care physicians; $50 co-pay for specialists.
    • Preventive medical is covered at 100 percent.

    Option 2 – High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with HSA

    • In-network deductible $3,000 for individual; $6,000 for family.
    • 100% medical coverage after deductible has been met.
    • Preventive medical is covered at 100 percent.


    Authenitx’ Dental Plan provides you and your family with coverage for typical dental expenses, such as cleaning, x-rays, fillings and orthodontia. Routine oral semi-annual exams are covered 100%


    Authenix’ Vision Plan promotes preventive care through regular eye exams and provides coverage for corrective materials, such as glasses and contact lenses.

  • Flexible Spending Accounts

    Employees may contribute to the Flexible Spending Accounts on a pre-tax basis to pay for out-of-pocket health care expenses such as deductible, copays and coinsurance, as well as dependent care expenses.

  • Life and AD&D Insurance

    Basic Life and AD&D
    Company-paid Life/AD&D coverage—two-times base pay, up to $300,000.
    Supplemental coverage for yourself, your spouse and your children is offered.

    Disability Insurance

    Company-paid long-term disability insurance at 60% salary continuation.
    Supplemental short-term disability insurance at 60% salary continuation.


    Company-paid medical advisor program to help employees be empowered healthcare consumers. Compass helps with everything from finding great doctors to exploring lower cost prescription medication options to solving billing problems

  • Paid Time-Off


    Vacation, personal and sick time are combined into one category – Paid Time Off (PTO). In the first year of service, employees receive 15 days of PTO, prorated for start date.


    The company provides paid time off for 12 holidays each year, including the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day.

    Flex work hours

    To better manage personal schedules, employees are provided with a broad range of daily workhours to customize their start and ending workday times.

  • Employee Well-Being

    The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to provide confidential counseling and referral services for all employees and eligible dependents. This program is administered by LifeCare and paid for by Authentix.

    • Telephonic counseling and face-to-face sessions, when needed;
    • Legal and financial service guidance;
    • Child care and parenting advice, as well as senior and aging care options;
