Compensation

Authentix’ compensation philosophy is to routinely evaluate market pay levels to ensure that the company remains at an industry leading level.

401K

Employees are eligible to participate in the Authentix 401(k) program first of month following hire date. Authentix offers both pre- and post-tax 401(k) deferral type programs. The Company provides an attractive matching contribution up to 8% of eligible compensation.

Financial advice and education are also provided.

Healthcare

Authentix’ medical and dental plans help you maintain your well-being through preventative care, access to an extensive network of providers, on-demand-virtual care, and an affordable prescription medication program. You can choose the plan that best matches your needs. Authentix also offers a company-paid medical advisor program to help employees be empowered healthcare consumers. Alight helps with everything from finding great doctors to exploring lower cost prescription medication options to solving billing problems.

Life & Disability Insurance

Company-paid Life/AD&D coverage — two-times base pay, up to $300,000. Supplemental coverage for yourself, your spouse and your children is offered. Company-paid long-term disability insurance at 60% salary continuation. Supplemental short-term disability insurance at 60% salary continuation.

Employee Well-Being & Mental Health

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to provide confidential counseling and referral services for all employees and eligible dependents. This program is administered by LifeCare and paid for by Authentix.

Learning Opportunities

Authentix offers learning and growth opportunities to every employee, including access to LinkedIn Learning and Coursera. By investing in our employees’ personal growth, we drive the success of our company.

Coaching & Mentorship

In support of our culture of feedback, our performance management process involves creating individual development plans for employees, discussing personal and career goals through regularly scheduled 1 on 1 meetings with managers to discuss progress toward annual priorities. Employees are encouraged to drive toward continuous improvement, receive coaching, feedback and recognition.
