Bharat Kapoor, Vice President, Online Brand Protection, Authentix


Formerly the CEO of Strategic IP Information Pte, now a part of Authentix, Bharat has been focused on building effective global brand protection programs for over 250 brands across sectors such as fashion, FMCG, pharma, cosmetics, sporting goods wines, and spirits. He has led the development of the best-in-class machine learning-based online brand protection technology and developed effective global teams to investigate counterfeiting and piracy on the ground in China, Asia, and Latin America. Bharat Kapoor has a B.A. Honors from the University of Technology, Sydney. Prior to joining SIPI, he was an Associate Director at Ernst & Young India, where he led the business development and advisory services program for companies operating in the media, e-commerce, and advertising sectors.

Fallon Keating knows how to spot a fake from a mile away—and she’s made it her mission to help brands do the same. As the Director of Online Brand Protection at Authentix, Fallon specializes in crafting smart, tailored strategies to tackle counterfeiting and unauthorized sales, keeping brands secure and thriving in the wild world of the internet.

Her expertise has led to uncovering trademark violations that have driven everything from settlement negotiations to litigation. Passionate about staying ahead of emerging counterfeit trends, Fallon enjoys analyzing new data and uncovering patterns to share with the brands she partners with, equipping them with actionable insights to protect their intellectual property.

When Fallon isn’t protecting intellectual property, she’s mastering the art of balancing motherhood and caffeine. You’ll often find her at a local coffee shop, expertly juggling an iced coffee in one hand and a toddler in the other!

Ciara Lopez, Client Manager Online Brand Protection, Authentix

Ciara started her career in brand protection by advising top brands, marketplaces and government agencies on how to educate the public about the real dangers of fake products. Her work broke through the noise of dupe trends on social media, advanced national education efforts, and helped shape enforcement policies and priorities. Now, she’s turning her attention inward, helping brands strengthen their protection strategies from the inside out.

Ciara Lopez thrives at the intersection of consumer protection, brand integrity, and public impact. She’s a builder of award-winning campaigns, industry-first coalitions, and initiatives that protect consumers and elevate the brands they trust.

When she’s not thinking three steps ahead of counterfeiters, you’ll find her frequenting a French bakery, rearranging her space for the fifth time in a month, or talking to anyone who will listen about what makes messaging stick.
