Exploratory call with Authentix Talent Acquisition
If your skill set aligns with an opening at Authentix, a Talent Advisor will contact you to discuss your resume and chat about your experience and the culture of Authentix. This should take about 20 minutes. If it is a match, we will invite you into the interview process.
Phone interview with the Hiring Manager
The first step of the interview process involves a 30-minute phone conversation with the Hiring Manager. This will give them an opportunity to assess your skills, and how well you’d fit in with the team. This is also your chance to ask questions about the role.
Next comes the onsite interview
If the phone interview goes well, you’ll be invited to take part in our half day Authentix interview process. You’ll be able to meet a wide range of Authentixians who will share their experiences and allow you to do the same. Here are some of the things you can expect during your visit at Authentix:
- A discussion about the benefits and purposefulness of being an Authentixian
- A face-to-face interview with members of Human Resources and the Authentix leadership team.
- A discussion about our company priorities, employee engagement, and our core values.
